No one is stopping the handicapped from using the dam. Therefore, noone else should be stopped from usingbit to accomodate. That's like closing down the trail up Enchanted Rock because it isn't handicap accessable.

Please keep the Canyon Lake Dam walk open for the residents who live close by and to whom the walk is part of everyday activity. No other alternative to this special walk. Thank You. HRO.

Taking walks in the evenings with my grandkids was a very enjoyable bonding experience- please open the access to the dam

This is a favorite weekend activity for our family. The kids love running and walking along the dam. They will be extremely disappointed when I tell them that it is (hopefully only temporarily) not available to us anymore.

I got jumped by a methhead at the dam park. They should patrol it more

I have lived here for almost 30 years raise my four children here their memories are all of going to the damn I have family that have come here and that is like we make some of our best memories there walking the dam or going down to the water or whatever so many memories please do not close the damn to everyone else that it brings happiness too because of this lawsuit it's not fair to everybody else please don't close our damn please

Open the dam back up to the public. Handicap accessible can be done without everyone else having to sacrifice a place we love. Inhave a special needs nephew, and I get the need for handicap accessible places, but shutting the dam down for everyone is a little excessive. We understand it was intended for COE to have a service road, but this has become a past time that people love and enjoy. Thank you for your time and consideration.
