Clear Lake Texas is home to one of the most affluent communities in the Houston area. It houses the Johnson Space Center, University of Houston Clear Lake, as well as prominent facilities for Boeing, and Lockheed Martin. The Clear Lake area has shown dramatic growth and prosperity despite the economic hardships experienced by the rest of the nation. So much so that many franchises and restaurants have decided to capitalize on the population of the area by opening new locations. These companies include The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s, Carl's Junior, Steak and Shake, and countless others. Clear Lake is also a stop-gap to Galveston Island which makes it an ideal location for Houstonians to stock up on provisions before a busy summer day at the beach. Along with the educated nature of it citizens there is a rapidly growing interest in health and well-being. There are countless health food stores, gyms, smoothie bars, and farmers markets scattered throughout the area. Local grocers such as HEB and Kroger’s have attempted to accommodate the interests of their customers however their selection has fallen short of their patron’s desires, and many of Clear Lake’s citizens are forced to trek to inner Houston to fulfill their needs. This is why Clear Lake would be an ideal location for a Whole Foods located on or around Bay Area Blvd.

I really thought this might just float around in the void for a bit but the momentum is suddenly wild and I am actually kind of struggling to keep up with the notifications. It feels like people here are finally deciding they are tired of driving all the way into the city just for decent groceries which is exactly what I was hoping for when I started this whole thing.
