We so need to do something about Macc. Maybe replace the council who are so slow at implementing anything, the town is resembling a charity centre, with all the boarded up shops & broken windows. We moved to Combs 20 yrs ago & Macc was a smart, thriving town. It could be again with some smart thinking!!!

Well done Holly - I really hope this gets to the 1,000 target and Primark comes to Macclesfield! Perhaps this can also be the turning point for new development in Macclesfield to encourage more shops to come back!

please open one in Macclesfield it will help everyone so much it's cheap and convenient and saves a lot of people over £6 to get the train to Stockport or Manchester to go for clothes. Thank you x

Our town needs this.
After plan's for the town re-development fell through this will bring back a big part of our Tourism.

Macclesfield needs a Primark, it will bring customers to the town and bring in more for the current retailers that have been fortunate enough to not close.

There are virtually no clothes shops in the town, or any shops of interest.
