We are writing this petition in regards to OP Music House which has made countless claims to be a 501(c)3 organization. According to the NYS Attorney Generals office, if asked, said organization must provide documentation of such, therefore, we are asking you to sign this petition so that we may hand it over to Suzanne Perry asking for the names and contact information of her Board of Directors, full disclosure of any earnings or donations she has received through OP Music House and sufficient paperwork stating she is a 501(c)3 Charity. By law Ms. Perry is required to provide this information, please help us to validate this “charitable organization” one way or the other.
