Please update your drivers. I cannot afford to purchase a new AD device

I spent a lot of money for a professional interface. Supporting this for usability is expected. I will never buy Jackie again!

For me it is not the Onyx 400 it is the Onyx Blackbird. There is no support for OS10.11. Come on Mackie. Or it was the last time buying your products.

Yes I spend fair money Mackie 400f now is out off date

The latest firmware 5.6.3 screwed my unit and is now useless; Audio is heavily distorted. Where is your patch yo solve that problem Mackie? I've spend a lot of money on this unit 7yrs ago.

tom

I'll never buy mackie again.

no discussion - just get it right folks

Disappointed in Mackie. Not supporting your own legacy products is a sure way to thwart future purchases. As an owner of a Onyx400-F that I can no longer use, I am sworn off of Mackie products for fear whatever I buy, no matter how good, will quickly become obsolete.

I love my Onyx 400F - I wish there were linux drivers too, but I will settle for win7 ones as long as they are decent.

I own a studio. I buy lots of gear. This is unaccpetable. I am watching your response to this. It WILL affect my future purchases.
