I feel that if the MOH is unable to give forgiveness, then at a minimum they should allow us to carry the shortfall forward and make up the shortfall EOCs going into 2023/2024. This would not financially impact the MOH and would definitely benefit the clinics.

The clawbacks are going to force me to close down after 15 years in this community. Please reconsider the EOC targets for this fiscal year.

My clinic is barely hanging on. After 2 years of lockdowns our seniors are still way too scared to come in for treatment and the gov cant expect us to just eat the loss.

Some older established clinics may have allotment of eg 900-1250 EOC (per year). They will have a claw back between 150k to 200k (if 25%x2)
From2013 there has been no increase in EOC fee. There have been substantial rise in business running costs.
Many clinics will have no choice but bankruptcy with a claw back of 25%
for each year.

Patients are still not coming back. Or coming back very slow. Before Covid I performed 20% more than allotted. Thanks
