Ontario is the only province who tax their citizens to death all to line the pocket of our politicians. We the tax payer pay their wages to do a justice and serve us rightfully. We in Ontario do not a front license plate and it is nothing but a tax grab and may I repeat to line our politicians pockets. The Ministry of Transportation and our government should be working together to better the services and eliminate the front license plate. And, while they are at it the sticker that is mandatory for our vehicles is priced way to high and out of line. In Saskatchewan for example the license plate sticker is renewed only when the driver license is up for renewal every 5 years. Their cost is $55 for 5 years for sticker and drivers license and Saskatchewan is one of the richest provinces and they are not taxed to death like Ontario. Time to restructure a lot of services and better support and service your Ontarians.

There is no place to hang the plate on my classic car. The car was not designed to display a front licence plate. i have to use plastic tie wraps to hold it on the grill. It looks awful

The front licence plate not only make no sense. The reasons listed are completely right. Besides that the cars look stupid with that front plate. Abolish front plates.

Great idea have love in Alberta and the Yukon and think front plates are useless and more money masted plus makes cars look stupid from a car guy point of view

if necessary, keep fees the same to absorb cost of changing speed enforcement equipment.
Improved gas mileage.
Reduced use of metal.
Reduced insurance costs due to simple fender benders.
Already done in other areas.
No brainer.

And please come up with something for the Classic Car age in respect to Ontario Emissions testing. 1987 should not be the cutoff, and it should return to 20, or even 25 years and not need an e-test.
