With enough synthetic prolactin and similar drugs, a man’s body can produce something that’s slightly related to breast milk, which only lactating women produce in full. Breast milk is interconnected with a baby’s needs, from neonatal colostrum, to differing fat and protein ratios for boy and girl babies; it’s complex, and designed over hundreds of millennia to nourish babies optimally. Male “milk”? God (and the pharmaceutical industry) only knows what’s in it.
