So many people dream of becoming homeowners and search countless weeks and months to find their perfect home and as soon as they find it, realtors and investors snatch it up only to tear it down or lease it out. They fail to realize they are shattering people's dreams and making it harder for someone to become a homeowner. As soon as a house hits the market the only people who should be allowed to put offers on it should be the ones that are trying to live in it and start that new chapter in their lives. Investors and realtors or someone trying to lease the home should stay away until potential homebuyers have had a chance and fair shot at making the home theirs. They should only be allowed to put their offer in if the home hasn't sold after 90 days
