If a disabilities commissioner is chosed then he must be a disabled person.one needs to be similar to knw the feelings and requirements of others.like for today's generation the state is thinking like 21st century and is doing so much in girls education and all.so,if a state is converting its thought similar to its population then to understand the people who are differently abled requires a mind and a heart that must have the pain of being disabled and a spirit to overcome it.I request you to plz dnt allow one who is not disabled.as in a democratic country u say to deal with your people yourselves...select one who has his own disability but at the same time is quilified according to the eligibility

It is crucial for Government to realize that no matter how much we all talk about the rights of people with disabilities and yes, there is a law too, nothing much will happen unless (a) proper institutions are in place; and (b) the right people are given charge of those institutions. Otherwise, inspite of all our good intentions, nothing will change!
