Keep Boone St. together! As another urban farmer, I've seen what an amazing job they've done at community development through growing food! Farms should be permanent assets to neighborhoods, like school, parks, and playgrounds. Protect Boone St, thank you.

Boone st farm is a great asset to our community. I was a participant in the CSA this year and was nothing but pleased with the produce and the service itself- which provides local, high quality food for an affordable price. The garden club program for neighborhood children is another invaluable addition to the community. Please keep this budding urban farm in our community.

Boone Street Farm is a wonderful and invaluable part of the community. Not only are they providing fresh fruits and vegetables to the community, they're also providing unique programming and educational opportunities for the youth (as well as the whole neighborhood!). I had the unique pleasure to lead art classes with the Boone Street Farm Garden Club, which was made up of a group of Cecil Elementary School students. In the short time that I volunteered at the farm, this group of youth accomplished so much. We created a music video, organized a benefit dinner made with local food and entertainment, and held a festival celebrating the accomplishments of the Garden Club at the farm. The members of the Garden Club are enthusiastic and passionate about their farm, what they’ve learned, and what they’ve created—and they’re eager to share! Judging by this experience, I have no doubt that Boone Street Farm will work closely with the community to develop the neighborhood in a positive way that the community members all agree on. In my personal opinion, we should be expanding urban farms and community centers, not taking them away. Please help Boone Street Farm to continue to grow.

Boone Street Farm has done tremendous work with and for the community and the Cecil Elementary Garden Club. The Farm addresses critical community problems such as improving the appearance of vacant and blighted land, eliminating food deserts, and helping to decrease obesity, malnutrition, and food illiteracy. Please do not allow all their great work to be halted to accommodate the developer's self-interests .

Urban farming is important. It's a different kind of development but it is critical to communities.

More community less development. Our city doesn't need more homes and businesses it can fix the one we already have.

The work done by this group is invaluable please consider this and do not build something on that's got a community resource already entrenched in this neighborhood.

Successful projects (like Boone Street Farm) are necessary for building community. Now that BSF has added to the community, the developer finds this attractive? There is plenty of space in this City for developers, that would add to, not detract from, the progress others have mad. Save Boone street Farm!

The Baltimore community has many 'food deserts,' and farms such as this help to serve healthy food to those who often cannot obtain or afford it.

This farm provides food and agricultural education for the community. What will the new development I. It's place provide? More money in someone's pocked? Don't let greed overcome our world.
