A publication published by the Gujarat State School Textbook Board (GSTTB) has violated religious belief in mentioning Jesus Christ as "Haivan" (demon) in the Hindi text book - Standard 9 ,Chapter.16 "Bharatiya Sanskriti m?ein guru-shishya sambandh" on Page No 69 and 70.
We strongly condemn this action which has hurt the sentiments of the whole Christian Community all over the world

Please remove those kind of words about Jesus Christ. We have question about democracy here in India. As a Indian do not wound own people. I strongly oppose it
As per Indian constitution condemning any religion has to be avoided. So these pages described as wrong about Christianity to be removed and suitable corrections to be implemented
We are against to this cruel act . Every one says that India is a country for all religion. But we feel agony and sorry when we are noticed that in a school text book they published says god jesus Christ as a demon
Jesus is a Living God.... In respect of religion in India, there is no end of its range. India is the place of reunion of many religions and languages of the world. People from around the world with different cultures are living in a peaceful manner. India bonds unity in diversity. This hostile behaviour, diminish the value of our country.
We as Christians strongly condemn this kind of teaching activities to the students who are upcoming through this subject. Therefore as this is a false teaching, we kindly ask the Indian government to remove this kind of wrong syllabus from the relevent subject. Jesus is a true living God not a demon.
How dare?! It should be Stop. Jesus is the Son of God ! Irresponsible Guys ...

As a Christian I feel heavily offended by the following statement, mentioned in the Gujarat State school book, that our Lord Jesus Christ is a "Demon". I want these kinds of statement to be removed in every school book in Gujarat.
