This is such an exciting time for us as Cairn breeders. With the development of social networking, being able to see and hear all about competitions from around the world, it is exciting and inspiring. And let’s not forget informative. No longer can we cling to an "Outdated Standard". We must take our place on the world stage as leaders rather than a separate group of breeders of a Cairn that is not worthy to compete. This debate has been looming like a dark cloud over our membership for nearly a century. Why should depth of quality not be present at every all-breed show as well as at our Cairn Terrier specialties.
