I look at the streets filled with lights and fireworks and wonder how we stopped seeing the damage we do to our only home. Reading your stories about the animals losing their habitats keeps me pushing forward even when it feels like nobody in power is listening.

Seeing the momentum behind this brings me so much hope for the future of our home. It feels incredible to know so many of you share my fear for the animals losing their habitats and my desire to protect this planet.

we are destroying everything for pure convenience. thanks for putting this out there.
total waste of energy. we need to stop acting like we have unlimited resources before it is too late for all of us
its honestly sad we just keep building and burning through energy like there is another planet waiting for us. hope someone finally listens
so true. people just throw trash everywhere and keep the lights on 24/7 like it doesnt matter. wake up people!!!
look at what we do to the animals just for a light show. its disgusting. we have to do better.
