For years now, 4Kids Entertainment \"has taken an active approach in understanding children\'s play patterns and providing entertainment and merchandise that responds to appropriate age levels\" by taking television shows from an international market that are intended for an older audience and editing them to make them \"age appropriate\" for young viewers. This has been the case with all of the imported anime that 4Kids Entertainment has bought, including \"Yugioh,\" \"Shaman King,\" and others. This practice denies the older fans of these shows the opportunity to see the show in it complete, intended form. Recently, 4Kids Entertainment acquired the rights to \"One Piece,\" a television show that has been much anticipated by many here in the States. We would like to request that \"One Piece\" be released unedited to DVD for the benefit of those fans who fall into the originally intended age range who would like to see the show in its complete, unaltered form.
