Let's help Foster and grow small business again here in New Jersey so that the current generation at childbearing age can survive here even after the pensioners and baby boomers have sacked everything and left the caufers empty.

We don't all make mega money. Trucks with more upscale products have a lower profit margin. Cities gorging us with fees on top of fees really keeps us down and ads in prohibiting us from hiring and paying employees. I'll continue to use free friends and family until i can afford to hire.

Hopefully most towns won’t set additional regulations on the hours and times. Wish that wasn’t there.

Desperately needed. This would let food truck vendors focus on providing a valuable service rather than struggle with impossible to comply with regulations. If you are servesafe certified and you have passed a county level health inspection, you should be able to operate anywhere in NJ.
