This should be a legitimate business option in our state, especially in shore towns.

Great idea to streamline the permit process. Doing so will encourage entrepreneurs. It is burdensome to require owners to apply and pay for permits in every city.

NJ has to many townships with all these different rules from one to the other. The state is the highest in taxing people and give very little back to the hard working people because of corruption. Thats the biggest hurdle. People grow up in towns, vote there family in place, business goes to family members and the job market is losing the smart ones to build this state up to other states making life easier on them. If changes are not made this state will fall to the waste side. Food vending carts give even the criminally convicted a chance to recover and change their lives though entrepreneurship. Everyone deserves a second chance.

There are an insane amount variation of rules from county to county and even city to city. This causes an undue burden on the small business owners

One state One permit. This is so much easier and it makes sure that we don’t get overcharged within certain towns and avoids discrimination.

Needless to say, it is absurd that this has been going on for so long. It is long overdue to be reinvented, to conform with what MAKES SENSE.

It’s about time it’s ridiculous to make so many small business owners spend so much money in hopes of making it back
