THE ENGLISH GOVERMENT SHOULD END THIS CLAUSE INTERMENT, ie, because without a trial you are not guilty until proven other wise, it is very unfair to the person and their family, so without a trial you are not guilty, so END THIS INTERMENT.

Even if Scotland achieves independence in September I don't think the referendum for a united Ireland in 2016 will have a nationalist majority unless there is a bigger push to promote Irish identity within the north. Unionists are still in the majority despite their love of claiming their under constant attack from the Irish.
