I started at Union in the 2nd grade in 1954 and graduated in 1965. I was then and always be a Union Redskin. I do not want to see the name changed.

We have 3 children who graduated Union Redskin lifers. My husband has volunteer coached K-8 school years in UYFA and UKB. I have served on multiple PTA’s volunteering throughout the years, a Redskin Pom Mom, a Mommaskin, a Diamond Mom and a Teepee Crew Mom. My husband and I have served on the Baseball board and Pom board for many years. We chose Union School District to raise our children because of the value and tradition taught. Now that my kiddos are grown and graduated, I have taught at Union the last 4 years and continue to teach children what it means to be a Redskin. It means character, integrity, honor, and a champion who’s work ethic is relentless. We are humbly proud to be a Redskin. Union IS tradition. It is honored. Please do not take our tradition. We are Redskins for Life!
