We, the undersigned, knowing Micah Stuart in both personal and professional capacities, hereby declare that we all believe completely in Micah’s competence in parenting his child absolutely, and further believe that this father and his son should not be separated. Dated message logs are available upon request, or attached, which prove that Micah Stuart has been attempting to reach his ex-wife regarding visiting Kisig; that Micah has been paying child support; and that Micah has mentioned numerous times over the course of two years that he very much desires to see and visit and help to raise his son.
