Many Golden Retrievers are underserved in their need not only for access to tennis balls, but for those that do have access, those tennis balls, are inadequately, and sometimes, alarmingly poorly thrown.
First, all law makers, religious leaders, lay people, animals, ghosts, and robots must acknowledge that tennis balls are a right, duty, and indispensable element, and that at whatever cost GR's must be provided with an endless supply.

Second, Schools, prisons, military and religious institutions, hospitals and all public gatherings shall include skills training for those that may be able to throw these balls higher, faster, and better--including fake out throws.
