Changing the dates is a huge mistake. Leave it in September like it always has been.
July is way too hot for this stuff. Plus we all have other plans. Dont mess with a good thing!

The festival is an October tradition. It isnt the same in the middle of summer when everyone is on vacation anyway. Keep it where it belongs.
