We need a detailed plan on the capital repairs and a strategy to pay for it. I agree to the basic cost increase of $50 a month but that is not going to cover major upcoming repairs.

I’ve lived in this community for over 15 years and being under the Tolley management has only benefited that company and the Variations as a whole. Wanting to increase our HOA when nothing has really changed is ridiculous. I suggest that a third party auditor comes and audits the books for that past fees years to help us understand the need to increase our fee by $50

All for online voting. Strongly opposed to the HOA increase. Thanks for organizing, Rob!

I agree with voting electronically. I agree that we can't evaluate the proposed increase vs. assessment without knowing how much we are trying raise and for what.

I agree with leaving the HOA fees as is at $400. per month and a small assessment (in the hundreds, NOT thousands of $) to cover 2023 costs. I definitely think that electronic voting should be our main option for voting!!

Agree with Addie. Keep the HOA at $400 and do an assessment to cover the costs in 2023.

I agree with a one-time assessment if necessary while keeping the monthly fee. Also, I oppose proxy voting. In previous years proxy voting was used to corrupt the voting process.

I believe proxy votes are not in the community's best interest. However, some owners here never check(or even have) email accounts. They should not have to give up their opinion. Possibly they could be in poor health. There must be an avenue to ensure they are aware and can communicate if the email is not a viable option. just saying

I'm ready to do my part to make online elections accessible and easy for everyone in our community. This nonchalant attitude by our current board regarding this year's election should be tolerated.

As I begin my (28) yr of Ownership here @ Variations (2109 CVR) I Agree 150% that the All Voting for matters pertaining to our community must be done Online as it was previously setup. Voting by Proxy's are Old School and allow a very few to make decisions for all of us (XXX). We do not need to go backwards.

Keep fees @ 400 and do $2000 assessment to cover the costs for 2023.
