Dear Facebook Team, While we appreciate you trying to keep FB new, the new chat is seriously flawed and a hinderance to users. Please could you default back to the old chat, or at least give us some sort of option to switch back to the old one. The major problem is that we can't see everyone online, so if you can somehow sort that out it would be great. Thank you.
