Our public schools have been cut to he bone. It is an insult to take more money from these schools and funnel it to private schools. Will these schools be required to follow all the requirements piled on the public schools? No. Do private schools have to accept all students? No. My tax money should not be spent on private schools.

The law requires a free and PUBLIC education for every student. if parents want a PRIVATE school education for their child then they need to assume the responsibility (financial and any other required by the institution ) themselves.

I am a parent of two public school children in Edmond. My taxes should not pay for wealthy children to attend private schools. I very much oppose this!

Private schools are PRIVATELY FUNDED, hence the name "Private School." Continue to be privately funded, please, and allow PUBLIC schools to be publicly funded.
