Support Public Schools and their funding. No Public Funds should go to support private, charter, or home schools, period.

This is a horrible idea. It is a backhanded way to give public money to private schools.

While vouchers may look good for those who want to send their students to a private school, public schools are necessary to teach everyone. We do not discriminate against those on IEPs or those who struggle in other areas. We teach everyone, and without an educated population, Oklahoma will decline. We are at the bottom of too many negative categories, and this bill will push us even farther in that direction. As a parent, if I wanted to send my child to a private school, it would be my obligation to pay for it. ALL students deserve the opportunity for a good education, not just the wealthy.

No to funding private education, yes to 90% of OK public school education students

Why even consider more harm to public schools, especially since no one can even estimate the financial loss to all public schools. Vote no or least at least form a committee to study the long term effects of this crazy piece of legislation.
