We totally agree. Me. Shannon has become everything we don't want in DC and his stand on Common Core makes him as big Goverment as any Democrat

Fair enough, Shannon should be scrutinized. But slinging mud at Shannon does not exonerate Lankford. Lankford lost my vote when he voted to raised the debt limit and the so-called "stimulus" bill that was used to rob us (and our kids) so Obama could pay off his union cronies. Decide what you will about Shannon, but Lankford proved he is not fit to represent us.

I did research on Common Core to see how in the world we got it in the first place. It came through SB2033 in 2010. When checking the vote on that bill, TW Shannon not only voted to adopt the measure, but also voted to make it an emergency to enforce immediately. I decided, "OK. Don't jump to conclusions. Other conservatives voted for it too. Maybe they didn't do their homework." But then, fast forward to yesterday with the many emails and phone calls and demonstrations made by parents and teachers of the state (many of them very conservative) and the vote in the House to override the governor's veto of a bill that would place a child's future, not in Common Core, but in a committee made up of the parents, the teachers and a reading specialist. What did TW Shannon do? He voted against the veto. He voted against placing a child's future into the hands of the local authorities and for placing that child's future into the "one-size-fits-all" approach of Common Core. That's not acceptable.

No to TW - he likes to tap dance around questions and not directly answer him. He talks a good talk, but his record does not support his talk.
T.W.s rhetoric doesn't jive with a dismal 74% conservative rating.

It is sometimes so difficult to identify the real conservatives during primary elections in Oklahoma. They all sound the same. I believe Randy Brogdon is the most proven conservative leader within the boundaries of the great state of Oklahoma. Lets send Randy to Washington DC

It is unfortunate that the national conservative leaders are not vetting the candidates any better than they have done in Oklahoma.

I want someone to represent us that REALLY REPRESENTS US!! Randy Brogdon would never be influenced by anyone to vote a certain way and he will always follow the Constitution. I know in my heart that Randy will be the one that is the thorn in the side of everyone in DC that has fallen down on the job and goes along to get along. I want someone who is not afraid to be unpopular and will refuse to join the good ol' boys club. Randy is a man of principle and integrity. It's that simple. Why are these other groups coming into our state and trying to influence the way Oklahoman's vote? What really is their agenda? As yourself that, and then start following the money that is in these other campaigns... follow the money...

If you were looking for a true conservative to endorse, you have chosen the wrong man. The only TRUE conservative in this race is RANDY BROGDON and that is who the grassroots support. Most of us learned math the old fashioned way, and we know that a 94% conservative rating is better than a 74% conservative rating. So what's the deal?

I know Randy Brogden would remain conservative because his voting record has been in the 90s always. More years than T.W. and more conservative than he is. It was definitely not good to endorse T.W. at time.

Randy is the only declared candidate that is willing to do what is necessary to adequately represent Oklahoma and the Nation.
