I believe that as long as people can easily register/ get a permit for access to the non highway speed areas of the city it could be a great idea. I don't believe that all ohv's should be allowed to drive anywhere in town, but do believe if they pass minimal requirements similar to AZ, or if they are currently licensed in another state, they should be allowed.

As an off-road enthusiasts and a Boulder City resident I believe this would open yet another reason to come to our wonderful town.

With the bypass coming through or around Boulder City, the seeking of OV families and groups will help increase the economy and tourism to the town.
