Sounds great! There are all kinds of people living in and visiting BC. We should be doing more things like this so we can all enjoy BC in different ways.

i am a business owner and resident of bc for 25 years my three children went through the schools here as well, i truly believe that the street legal hov is a great idea and is proven to generate revenue for local businesses as it has in many cities similar to ours!

Please don't restrict OHV and golf carts. Being able to go a short way to ride with our little guys allows for it to happen more often. It is great family time.

I'm 22 years old, I graduated Boulder City high school in 2014.
I've always wanted to be able to take my quads onto Boulder City streets to reach the desert. I don't mind loading up my off roasting vehicles and equipment, but when I'm going only a mile or 2 down the road to hit some dirt, it kinda gets old after a while.
I personally think bringing atv, utv's on the roadways will bring more young people including me, into the Boulder City community. (Not saying they don't already) but maybe to show off their off roading vehicles at a restaurant or a park or something similar.
Now I am worried about the young generation who have not yet gained responsibility, and what I mean by that is well, pulling wheelies and doing burnouts and creating a bunch of unnecessary noise throughout the city.
But honestly, when they get caught doing it once by bcpd, they will not do it again.
Another subject I want to mention real quick....
I also work at Ralphs tire pros here locally. I have a 1989 gmc truck that is lifted and passes everything but a gas station. Ralphs is about 5 mins from my house travel time. When I wake up in the morning I have to let my truck warm up for 15 mins before it hits proper temperature to pull it off the driveway, now I'm not saying I don't have to warm up my quad, BUT it takes less time lets be honest...
