To maintain and grow Boulder City's economy and tourism by creating an attractive and entertaining destination for all off-road(individuals and families) who would love what our beautiful desert landscape has to offer.
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to allow residents and visitors access to our city's businesses via specific access points to our roadways to and from the desert area directly south of town, also allowing golf cart owners the ability to utilize their carts on these same approved roads as a mode of transportation to those same businesses.

The Boulder City council thinks they can ignore our desert economy while they keep these archaic street restrictions in place. We are closing in on 1,000 signatures and need everyone to blast this link out right now to force their hand. Stop waiting for someone else to act and get this in front of five more people immediately.

The city council continues to dodge the reality that Boulder City is losing revenue while we shut out visitors who want to spend their money here. I am tired of the bureaucratic stonewalling that keeps our streets empty and our businesses struggling to survive. They think they can wait us out, but we are not going anywhere until these roads are open to the people.

Well deserved and needed. Scooters pay no registration yet unsafe, slow, dangerous and legal. Meanwhile harness, race cage and all our safety features and we cannot even ride where we should be allowed.
i am a business owner and resident of bc for 25 years my three children went through the schools here as well, i truly believe that the street legal hov is a great idea and is proven to generate revenue for local businesses as it has in many cities similar to ours!
Tax revunue, more tourism and the offroad community is some of the best people you will ever meet. Off roaders will respect and take care of the area. Many of us are involved with annual clean ups and trail maintenance. Allowing offroaders to access the trails from our roads will help occupy the hotels.
Oh heck yes. I'm not OHV or golf cart user but I'm all for bringing more interest, tourism, and business to BC. This town could very well dry up after the bypass. Pls. keep it moving forward.
As an avid offroader I would love to see boulder city open to off road traffic as it would open up more areas and opportunities to ride in the area. I would also bring business to local businesses by bring my friends and family to the area.
I am a user of OHV in the local Boulder City area. I would like to legally be able to drive from my house to the local trails we have.
Hope this gets approved and we can do this in a safe way.

Have been riding in Boulder City many years, and when the sun does down in the desert it get very dark with no lights! It is safer to ride on the street a night than the desert.
