We the undersigned members of Orchard Hills Country Club; through the provisions in the by-laws request a member Special Meeting be held. This forum will provide an open discussion regarding membership concerns and solutions about the Club House Restaurant and Bar experience to include but not limited to the following: outdated menu and options, poor food quality and pricing, customer service expectations, management and employee behaviors and member interactions, 2019 financial losses to date, and the overall unacceptable restaurant experience.
We are asking members to provide the following to present to the board prior to the meeting:
1. Expectations of the OHCC Restaurant
2. Concerns where those expectations are not met
3. Plan of Action or solution

The demographics are changing in Washougal whether local businesses like it or not. The quality of food choices and service needs to reflect that. Even something as simple as the layout of the menu would improve the restaurant image.
Need consistent hours in restaurant. I have heard the f word used 3 times in the last month. I was 2 holes away with grand kids. This is not acceptable.
After several disappointing visits, my family will no longer accompany me to the club restaurant. The burgers and sandwiches on the lunch menu are acceptable, but breakfast quality is much better at every other restaurant in the area and I've never had a good dinner. Server quality is also variable with some doing an exceptional job and others not performing up to par.
I do believe we need a professional in the kitchen and a upgrade/remodel to the kitchen itself. The kitchen space, design, and equipment limits what the cooks have room to prepare. Tom does a good job but would benefit from having a professional to increase his skills. We have A few items I order all the time but most of the menu is food I wouldn’t order.
Agreed to change. No access to the bar and restaurant every day Tues-Sun during the scheduled open hours is unacceptable. The food quality is a big negative. When at a similar club In Skagit the overall club house and food was incredible and similar monthly dues.

Most of the food except maybe for breakfast use only prepared foods. Even the salad is just bagged salad. I would hope for fresher foods at a reasonable price. We need a real chef.
