To the Honorable Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada; and the entire population of Canada: We, the people of the United States, your greatest ally, call on our friends to the north to cease calling flat slices of ham, "bacon". Bacon is crispy, greasy, smells great and tastes yummy. Bacon should be given its rightful place atop the food pyramids of all nations. Therefore, we call upon all Canadians from New Brunswick to Vancouver to embrace bacon as it should be and call your flat ham something else. May we suggest, "I CAN believe it's not bacon"?
