The fact the land is on an ODZ area is already enough to drop the application. Furthermore from a very close field Safi fireworks fire from there. Such enormous building will destroy one of the very few remaining nature areas. I strongly disagree with this development and hope all means are done to stop it. Thanks, Chris Gatt

Why dont the developer found non-inhabitat townhouses in nearby localities and tranform those in elderly residences. We have already lost fields which are crucial to the rural characteristics of our villages due to Lidl Multigas and the middle school. If we continue with this pace we will be losing parts of our villages' identity which have provided our grandfathers with a living!!!! Again profitability at the expense of Community

ODZ should be treated as ODZ. Let's stop the pillaging of our countryside, which is done in the name of profit, at the detriment of citizens.

ODZ land needs to be protected, as should be and not taken away for development. Saving our natural environment, saves our health
