We want an official AMA Supercross/Outdoors video game!
If you're a fan of the 17 rounds of Supercross, or the 12 rounds of the outdoor nationals, then you will be in the same position as me with being disappointed every year that we still do not see an officially licensed AMA supercross/motocross video game. Granted we aren't without the fair share of dev teams who have tried. Nordic has recently picked up THQs franchise MX vs ATV. But after the recent release of Supercross, I am a little nervous for the future of the franchise. MXGP came out & it is the best MX game to date because of the authenticity. What I want to see is something similar to MXGP but for the AMA Supercross/Motocross season. Where it's the American circuit, & where we are able to build a career as a privateer & eventually build to a factory ride in the 250 east/west, & graduate to the 450 class. Obviously we fans want it to be as authentic as possible. For SX - heats, semis, LCQs, Mains, adjustable laps, 20 riders in the gate. Top 9 transfer from heats, 4 from semis, 2 from LCQ. OUTDOORS will run 2 motos (up to 30 minutes in time, but will be adjustable) & the best finish out of the two motos gets the win. Online season mode where you go through the same career feel but facing real people online. I want to see a game where you can build your character like MLB The Show, & build your career based off your performance. Also active "trade market" where AI in the game will have contracts just as your rider will, & as they expire, they can either stay with their team, or go to a different team (I.E. Justin Barcia going from Muscle Milk Honda, to JGR Yamaha). Real team brands, real riders, real tracks, update tracks as they go through each year, etc. I feel as though MX fans should be given the same treatment as NFL, MLB, NBA fans who get games every single year. If we get together on this, we can get an offical game going & get the game we deserve! Will update more as time goes on, if you have ideas that you want to see in the game, message me on here, or get in contact with me! Spread the word, let's get this game going!
