Jeg valgte dette fag som et valgfag på min bachelor (MMA) pga. jeg ville ind på cand.merc. linjen. Jeg står nu til at blive smidt ud af min uddannelse selvom jeg har bestået alle obligatoriske fag + min bachelor (171 ECTS). Jeg kan ikke forstå at man med en MMA baggrund får lov til at vælge sådan et fag som Corporate Finance med den sværhedsgrad som en del af sin uddannelsen ud at have matematik eller andre lignende økonomi-fag.

The way of teaching in this course have been neglected heavily.
the cousre was put up as a ponishment from the last year students with 5 MCQ tests. I admit that there is need for some thing to make the studens to do their work, but this was feeling in a way to punish students. studying is not a masure about ponishment. it is about learning about something that we are really interestet in. and I feel like let down by SDU completly by getting this course. I expected that they would teach me this topic propperly so I could understand and use it in the future. now I feel like it was pure survival, and need a whole new semester. to learn it all over again. I have read the book! but, I ended up with questions that no one could answer.

After having neglegted every other course in the first semester in my master's (even postponing one course for next year) to focus solely on corporate finance, i had severe problems keeping up. It seems that what is taught in the class and the book does not reflect the requirements encountered at the MCQ tests or the final exam. Futhermore, me and many of my peers encountered a lot of confusion in trying to figure out how exactly the questions in the final exam was supposed to be answered. After achieving a 02 in the final exam i am still very frustrated with the entire structure an execution of the course and exams.

We need a proper teacher. It is unacceptable with the current Corporate Finance teacher !
9/10 fail the exam. Obviously it’s not about the student skills - but the professor means of teaching and lack of social skills.

We have the same issue in Odense, worst experience I have ever had with a course. I took corporate finance 5 ECTS, and as far as can see the statistics, we reached a whopping 0.4 on average, out of 86 students on the January exam. If that is not alarming, I truly don't know what is.

I am familiar with this particular course, I was forced to switch educations only because of this poorly handled course. I strongly feel the way it has been structured, communicated and handled hasn't changed since I toke the course and this must be changed for future students.

Jeg tog faget sidste år på sdu Odense. Snittet var også latterligt lavt her, underviseren under al kritik.
Personligt er det resulteret i at jeg blev smidt ud af SDU da det var suppleringsfag på min Cand Merc, som jeg var starter på, hvor der under ingen omstændigheder er brug for finans i den mænge og sværhed som der blev lagt til et fem etcs point suppleringskursus.
