The Office of LGBT Health is officially happening. I am drained from this long haul but I need you to know that your persistence turned the tide. Keep a close watch on how they implement this because we have to ensure they do it right.

Reaching this level of visibility took much longer than I ever imagined it would. The weight of this effort has been heavy but seeing this collective momentum proves that we were right to keep pushing anyway.

we deserve to be seen by the healthcare system. stop ignoring us.
bout time. doctors need to be trained properly to handle regular lgbt care without acting weird about it.
Finally. The health disparities are real and we need actual policy to fix them.
Good luck with this. Hopefully they actually listen for once.

Hope this goes through. Tired of having to explain my basic life to every new doctor I see.
