why do ULEN feel the need to turn away business? theyre trying to create a monopoly but will eventually destroy what could be a great resort

what havent Ulen taking this feedback on board over the past mumber of years and done something about it. the problems do not solely relate to the season pass, there are a huge number of issues now that are going some serious damage to Bansko as a recomended skiing destination. ulen charge full prices but only deliver 1/3 of a service level. poor management desicions which unfortunately never change.

Unbelievable stupid and arrogant resort management from Ulen. So sad that they own and ruined one of the most amazing mountain territories in Bulgaria.

It is unbelievable and sad that the current marketing strategy and Management of Ulen is trying to push away exactly those people who mostly and truely love the mountain.....the bulgarian mountain....the bulgarian ressort....the Bulgarians......why Management of Ulen pushes these people to go abroad?!?!?.....Don't they see that people already prefer to go abroad....and thus, Buglarian economy, in essence Ulen, are just loosing this potencial revenue......

The issuing of a season pass is not rocket science, the system used by Ulen Ski allows for a pass to be issued for any length at a sweep of the comp keyboard
