The rise in fees far outstrips the rise in inflation and will jeopardise the sporting activities of many young people. Health and well being of a new generation is at stake.

Unhappy with this situation as my son has got a lot from the training that has been held at this sports complex

We need these facilities to be available at low costs to keep children and adults accessible to sport. By raising costs you are squeezing out locals and those who can not afford the extra costs that will be spread down to them !!!

A greedy decision that could have a severe impact on youth sport.

It would be a travesty if bwb could not continue at old down.personally we would nt be able to afford to take our son to another academy due to the expense. Bwb caters for boys from all back rounds. Which these days is very rare.usally the more money you have the further your child will progress in the football world instead of raw talent.which bwb caters for raw talent!!!!!!!!

I cannot imagine for one moment that this is what the council had in mind when it outsourced the administration of Odd Down to a commercial operator. I sincerely hope that whoever negotiated the contract has included some clauses that can be invited to deal with this blatant profiteering.

This seems to go completely against the community hub ethos and is potentially pricing kids out of playing sports. This should not be allowed to happen.

My son trains/ plays football at odd down. It would be a massive shame to lose his time there.

Not really the expectation of a charitable social enterprise?

All very WRONG! the decision to benefit x2 clubs needs explaining, it appears to benefit 2 clubs at the cost of others - why not a level playing field? Football for everyone.
