WHERE AS the United Nation declaration of human rights states that it the right of all to a basic education and as post-secondary education has become a necessity to gain employment in Ontario and as tuition costs have doubled since 1985. We hereby petition the Honorable Leona Dubrowsky, minister of education for the province of Ontario, and the Honorable Dalton McGuinty, Premier for the province of Ontario, to provide free tuition for all residents of Ontario who wish to persue a post-secondary education in Ontario. ontario coalition for free post-secondary education
