I live in the Pacific San Juan development and oppose this building site!!

Please retain our ocean view.

Please do not let the construction of this home take place! Not only will it ruin the natural beauty of the bluff top for all of the members of the Pacifica community, but for all who travel along Avenida California and enjoy the pristine view of the harbor and ocean. Further, the inadequate dimensions of the lot would make any development appear out of place and crammed in. This area of land is meant to remain natural and undisturbed!

This will be a major safety issues for the children that ride their bikes & for the older adults that use this road for their daily exercise . Not only during construction but once the project is done with car trying to back out of a driveway. Let's think safety of some 1,000 people that live in Pacific San Juan

Has City of San Juan Capistrano disclosed to builders and homebuyers in the area that potentially the Darmel project may block the ocean view?

I agree with all concerns outlined in this petition and those addressed ten years ago. It feels like so much would be taken away from our community.

Sounds like a payoff to city council

This property devalues hundreds of homes by obstructing our beautiful views. We often take our son to this space to enjoy quality time looking at the view and enjoying the tranquility. This home would compromise all of us financially and mentally. Please stop this home from being built.

No! This would be an eyesore and all around bad idea. Certainly a distraction to freeway drivers.

We can’t let this building happen. I was told this guy uses these houses for businesses that would be dangerous and detrimental to our community.

This will hurt real estate values in our community and limit the enjoyment of the view for residents all for a house that doesn’t even have to conform to HOA rules in a community governed by a HOA.
