1802P long time owner of 40 years. Been waiting for condo conversion forever it seems, and the mortgage to finally go down. Appreciation has been depressed by its status as CO-OP.
it's been long overdue last board did't want to do it for their personal reason I don't know what the reason is now
I am very disappointed with new Board of directors they increased about $200,000 monthly recently and we do not have even a handyman in weekend and our problems have not been solved

Finally someone is pushing for this. The property value has been stagnant for way too long because of the co-op structure and we need a change asap.
