Final supporters
Participants living in Grand Parade Square (which we are trying to refer to as K'jipuktuk Common in honour of the Mi'kmaq First Nations who originally inhabited the Halifax Peninsula) as well as the general public would be well-to-do to have a general sense of how much community support is out there. There is a lot of support that isn't immediately visible.
In signing this petition you are demonstrating that you support the movement that resists the corrupt hierarchy of the decision-making powers of our society, that we should be consulted as communities before decision making processes are engaged in, and that the global financial inequality and the economic mismanagement be brought to an end.

Finally people are standing up for themselves. Tired of the 1 percent calling all the shots while the rest of us struggle to pay rent.
way overdue. get the money out of politics and start listening to the real people living in these communities.
It makes me so proud to see our city finally speaking out against all this greed. Much love to everyone at the square.
Keep it up. The system is rigged and everybody knows it.
