I was very disappointed in how organised Obstasplash,. The following is what poor: - lack of clear signals to Gate 7 carpark. - poor run registration booth - not all the Obstacles were erected. - couple of the obstacles there were no attendants, so too bad if you got injured. - toilets were disgusting - nowhere to get changed, and how poor having to get changed in the car. Sorry but it was the worst outdoor event that I have ever been to and I been to lots. I agree with the majority that we should get our $85 back.

I was at the 8am session and we couldn't even go on 3 of the obstacles as they were either not blown up enough or recommended as too dangerous. No foam or water to be seen.

Hi all, NSW Fair Trading are looking into this. For this to be escalated further, you have to make a complaint to them. Please go to the NSW Fair Trading website to make a complaint.

I was extremely disappointed starting from.the lack of water and coordination and the poor preparation walk and event execution. My team and myself all sustained friction burns from Tue first obstacle slide. With more been collected on other obstacles due to the lack of water. Some obstacles were even left unattended leaving massive lines and cues to form. On the 2nd last obstacle climbing into water filled sections and out we were faced with a 40-50min wait to get on the obstacle. Let alone the disappointment once on it. Dirty water, climbing wall attachments tearing off due to velcro, no assistance, even your poor staff had to struggle climbing along the wall hoping not to fall in to try fix the climbing walls from falling into water a simple 3 step ladder would have saved this. In all this event for the cost of $85 was a rip off wasti g my time, money and health and a refund would be greatly appreciated!

False advertising. We were in the first wave on Saturday - no water, no foam. Incredibly disappointing. Ticket proces were not cheap and we travelled 1.5hrs to get to the event. ALso disgusted with response to complaints. WIll be going to Fiar Trading and pursuing a refund.

Very dissapointing on all levels. No water, no safety advisers, no first aiders on the actual course when needed, incomplete obstacles, people tripping over string you couldnt see, no safety or warning signs, 20minute waits for next obstacle, more km's in walking to the next obstacle then the obstactles themself! No wonder its 5kms. Paramedics not even called or correct assessment for a neck injury.

I ended up in hospital with a suspected broken neck!!! There were no staff around anywhere and I had to find the first aid staff who gave me ice and panadol and that was it! Got home and blacked out and had an ambulance called. The lack of water made it dangerous and the lack of staffing was appalling!

Very disappointed!! At one obstacle where there were meant to be 3 small sections with water the volunteer said there just wasn't any water. Another course helper told us their insurance wouldn't let them have water in the obstacles that should have had it. When we went through the course there was no foam at all which was very different to the promo pictures. There was no one at the start telling us which way to go, the course was very poorly marked out and half of the markers were down. After speaking to another race goer wearing a fitness band they said the marked out course was less than 2kms instead of 5kms. I have done quite a few 5km races and can say with confidence that it definitely fell short

I bought two tickets one for me and one as a present for someone only to find out there was no splash, falling from high walls on to hard ground, very dangerous, was very disappointed in the event.

Absolute joke. Dan Palmer should be ashamed of himself. And that pathetic, victim blaming post on their Facebook page? Atrocious.

Terribly organised and poorly executed. I spoke to Dan Palmer directing following my dissapointing "wave" and he was very unapologetic

Landing on hard ground, burns and equipment peeling off causing people to fall. It is a serious accident waiting to happen

They had given up pretending it was fun by the time we participated, the comment at check in was 'do as many things as you would like'. Very disappointing.m

Our team was in the 8am wave on Saturday. We are Bungendore locals and after watching and hearing of all the set up issues we knew there were going to be a few problems but we were not expecting one of those to be NO WATER!! So all the issues we experienced 1. Only 1 person at the gate pointing to the left where we were to park, no one else in this area to ensure lanes kept clear. This resulted in rows of cars being blocked in. 2. No ID checks on sign in, just grabbing waiver forms and checking ticket numbers on lap top. Had to ask twice for T shirts. 3. From the warm up bouncing pillow to the first obstacle was less than 10 metres, this resulted in over 50 of us all standing around, we went around as it defeated as others were 1/2 way up. 4. The course wasn't clearly marked at all, they had attempted to string up twine into pegs with little arrows, this was sometimes 10cm off the ground other places none at all. 5. The slide was bone dry. 6. The bouncing balls were horrid, the second was covered in blood were someone had sustained a decent blow to the face. 7. We were sent in different ways twice by two of the course organisers (they were the ones in pink shirts) this resulted in us having to get help to get people out of the trenches as there was NO water inside. 8. The swing had no swing, when I asked one of the volunteers about this, she said they didn't have a ladder to put it up! 9. Power cords were stretched out across the 'track' everywhere. 10. The 4 storie tower of death!! OMG two of our team were at the top when one side of the velcroe stairs peeled off and started to fall down, the whole tower started to fold in and deflate on us. There is only a 50cm high pillow on the side at the top with small hand holds. We were so lucky no to have fallen off the slide. 11. There were no water stations for u to Get a drink at during the course 12. Half the bouncing castles were defeated as the zippers weren't done up. None of them were secur

Waste of money, burns on arms and legs, obstasplash means water should be on every obstacle, absolutely worst event I've attended. Will be interesting to hear how other states go. The crew didn't even address the complaints after the first day! Absolutely disappointed!!!
