Petition against the use of Lakefront Residences management funds for engagement of QP to seek compliance to SCDF regulations (retractable awning)
With refer to the minutes of 7th Council Meeting held on 29th Aug 2018 and SCDF’s letter 14 June 2018, this is to express our strong objection on the use of our management fund for engagement of QP to seek for compliance to SCDF’s regulations on the unauthorised awning installation.
On this matter, we hereby attached the signatures from the residents in Lakefront Residences who support this petition. Please do not proceed to the use of our management fund for the above purpose.

Totally disagree. Do not touch the mgmt fund for this.
Why should we pay for someone else's mistake? This is total nonsense. Fix it at your own cost.
Ridiculous. My maintenance fees should not be used to clean up a mess that the council let happen in the first place.
Stop using our money for unauthorized work. Very unfair to the rest of us.
NO WAY. My money is for the estate upkeep not to pay for someone breaking the rules!

This really needs to be stopped. The management should have checked this way earlier instead of using our funds now.
