Objection to the Proposed Amendments to CARSs & CATS Part 55 & 56

I hereby object in the strongest terms to the proposal submitted by RAASA to CARcom for the proposals tabled in Schedule 6,7,24&25

I do not support the changes unless a full public participation process has been undertaken.

These proposed legistation serves the interest of nobody is the aviation industry, and must be prevented at all cost.

Would like to see a workshop to discus with the industry before handing in.

No mentioning of non comercialnopperated aircraft. this will lead to unsafe flying

I am opposed to them killing this sport and the flying industry because we can afford it

Recreational flying is already overregulated, these proposals will do severe damage to the sport, and by extension, economic damage to our beloved country!

I am oposed to the ammendements of Cats and Cars 55 and 56

AP No 072 Been an AP for 16 years have built three aircraft and have extensive knowledge on Rotax engines. Should these bills be past I will have to give up.

I feel that industry should first have had time to discuss this in the form of a seminar before it went further.

I do not believe this is in the best interests of NTCA owners and will make flying totally unaffordable!!!!!

PLEASE stop this nonsense, before it stops sll of us!
