After extensive public consultation in 2013 when 98% agreed there is no locality within Exeter in which it would be appropriate to licence a Sexual Entertainment Venue (SEV) the Exeter City Council adopted a policy that agreed with this view.

We the Undersigned urge Exeter City Council to abide by the findings of the consultation and their own policy and reject the application for an SEV by the Eden Lounge, Fore Street EX4 as an exception to this policy
