We all need land it's unacceptable to give that much land even if it's a investment or it will create jobs at the end of the day people will be imported. From my side it's a big NO. We all need land and we are all Namibians we must be treated equal.

We all need affordable housing and if this land is given to one particular organization, how will we the ordinary citizens get affordable housing?

Giving such portion of land to developers whiles there are already applicants is a sign of creating dependency and poverty. First develop and put the erven up for the residence and see the rate of interest before selling it to one person/company. Property development only creates temporary employment and it is the biggest source of exporting income as developers sit in other towns and only receive funds.

As a child of this soil am sitting without a piece of land after applying for more than I don't know years. Everytime I see a new construction belonging to people out of this town, keeps me wonder how they got that piece of land. Now suddenly all this 70+ervens for whoever or whatever purpose that will benefit whoever. Land should be distributed equal and fair for all.

Who are the owner(s) of this company and what is their intention for acquiring such huge lands. Many residents and their well known company have been struggling to get land and if the municipality answer (which is rare) they say they cant sell un-serviced land. Are we being led into renting slavery forever even our children and children's children."

For what purpose is this one company get such huge tracks of land, many well know local companies have been trying to get land for years to no avail. Are we being sold out right under our noses.

Not propitiate to give that amount of serviced plots to One individual or company. There are lots of pending applications submitted to your office before the company so let's first get the local individuals sorted out with their land needs.
