I strongly object to the very extensive 'reside tial' structure proposed, without official permission or process. The strain on aging infrastructure in the suburb will be great. There has been no consultation with neighbours. There have been efforts to conceal the building work and the quality of the work is highly suspect.

Observatory is a great suburb and we want to keep it clean and safe

I support the petition and refuse for this re-zoning of 5 Judith Street

As a property owner in Observatory I object to this development as it will change our residential landscape to devalue our properties in the area and will bring way to much traffic on a low density residential area, furthermore the water and electricity infrastructure will collapse as it was not made for res 4 infrastructure

I endorse the petition objection to the re-zoning of the property at 5 Judith Street.
