The rezoning to residential 4 will greatly affect the entire Oerf. Rezoning to residential 2 will be reasonable

Under no circumstwnc3sbshoukdbthis be allowed to go ahead as we have a major problem with electricity already in the area due to overload and inadequate capacity.

We are against rezone to Residential 4

I am against this rezoning as it will disturb our peaceful suburb unnecessarily plus there is a high possibility of crime rate going higher when such is allowed. It's unwanted. Thank you

Against rezoning of property

This building sounds firstly badly constructed, second poorly managed, thirdly a church or hundreds of outhouses is not in line with the quietness and green lung attitude of the area. There is a lot of wild life birds and owls. I trust my committee who uncover this misdemeanour. It does not feel like a good fit for the area.

I oppose the rezoning of 6 Judith to residential 4 type due to disturbance it is likely to cause to the neighborhood.

I strongly oppose the rezoning of the property situated at 5 Judith Street,Observatory from Residential 1 to Residential 4. This is a very old residential suburb only.

This area can not have taverns around. The are three parks surrounding this place and ithey can be used for crime activities
