The aviarion industry in South is already over regulated. I am all for regulations pertaining to safety but this is purely to extort more recenue into the Goverment 's coffers.

If the SACAA will realize the proposed amendments to part 139 of CAR, I will never visit SA for flying or other tourist activities!!!

Very sorry to learn that you are trying to make things so difficult for GA pilots. Think again as these restrictions will make life very difficult for GA pilots, tourism and game parks
